A kvass-inspired tart Virginia sour ale. Mashed with over 200 pounds of cornbread that's been stone milled and baked in-house, and fermented with a house blend of lactobacillius and kviek yeast! Fruity notes of tangerine, kalamansi, and strawberry that is complimented by the creaminess from the cornbread.

Pours a hazy yellow/amber color with a white head which lingers for a few mins then turns to lacing and small islands. Aroma is all over the place...some fruitiness (perhaps tangerine?), malt, funk. Taste is unique but unbalanced with some maltiness and corn coming through along with mild tropical fruit including tangerine and slight tartness of grapefruit. One and done.
