They say it's a dry-hopped lager but to me it rather smells (and tastes) like a Czech pilsner. Actually the taste is not that smooth but rather crisp carbonated so it's not a Pilsner (missing the malt bottom as well) but it's good to feel the hops in there - are they really Saaz?
The body is a bit too dry and bitter to me, altogether this makes it quite German lager-like.
Not that bad but I expected much better, as Horizon's beers are usually quite satisfying...

Clear golden color with off-white head. Aroma has some citrusy hops and clean malt. Taste is also really clean, just some light hop flavor and bitterness on the finish. Light to medium body, medium carbonation. A decent, well made lager.
