My bottle was 2.5 ABV and I had it with lunch. And this brew was good, in fact it was better than the sandwich.
For that reason and because the Swedes (I learned today) have several ABV levels between normal and low-alcohol, I was able to enjoy lunch more. And these levels are a good thing as I rarely like a .5 ABV. But this Guld was five times more and I like the sound of that. It also Tasted better and, as I implied, was the correct ABV for a light lunch.
Since it will be a while until I return to Sweden, I want to comment on their distribution regulations as briefly described on Spendrups website. It seems rigid. And while it might lead to several levels of low-ABV, I'm wondering if in the big Picture the regulations limit brewing creativity in Sweden. Just a thought I want to ponder. Skal !
