On tap at 2nd Street Brewhouse. Clear golden body with tight, fluffy head. Aroma is hops and yeast, hops take over in taste, finishes with a mild burn. Delicious!

750 ml bottle poured into a tulip
Bottle #78, batch date 11/2015, released 6/2016
A- Dark brown, almost black, with a large mocha head.
S- Tart, cherries, a little smoky, roasted malts, some oak, touch of dark chocolate, some funk.
T- Tart, some hints of cherries, oak, some bitter chocolate, roasted malts, mild funk/peppercorns in the the finish.
M- Smooth, medium body.
O- When I had it on draft I don't really remember the tartness being in this like it is now. An interesting dark saison, flavors clash a little bit over all it is enjoyable.
