Golden out, small head. Pilsner type aroma of grass and bread. Base flavors are also Pilsner like, breads, toast with a syrupy fruity sweetness. Grassy hop bite. Decent.

I am a big fan of Saisons. In fact I brewed them as one of my specialties and took great care in the flavor profile. The pollen nation is a great example with a pleasant flavor profile. As the name may imply, it’s got honey. As most know, brewing with honey has a tendency to make a beer taste flat or bland, but not with this beer. You will taste the honey. You will have a nice experience to treat yourself to one of these. It’s over 10% so generally it’s one and then a different beer to follow. A great Saison example.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
