Pours cloudy yellow with minimal head and moderate lacing. Smells sour, grainy, woody, and a touch tart. Taste goes a little lighter on the tartness than I’d like. Feel is smooth and crisp. extremely drinkable. Overall, quite good. Just a little more tartness and this could go from really good to excellent.

Pours a crystal-clear yellow-straw color with a finger of white head. Head retention is okay with no lacing left behind. Aroma is straw, bread, flowers, lemongrass, and clove. Flavor profile is straw, lemongrass, flowers, with a light, flaky biscuity malt background. Mouth feel is medium-thin with a slightly effervescent feel. Overall, an incredibly thin farmhouse that makes for a wonderful, simple table beer. Far from strong, mighty, or potent.
Served in a 12oz snifter from a 750mL bottle.

750 ml bottle, batch date 9/22/15, poured into a tulip
A- A hazy light golden straw color with a small white head.
S- White wine/grapes, some oak, peppercorn, hint of funk, tart lemon, some pineapple.
T- Some tart lemons, wheat, mild funk, peppercorns, some white wine, slightly floral, hints of melon.
M- Smooth, dry, light body
O- For being 4.5% ABV this is a fairly robust and flavorful. Can't wait to see what some age does to this.
