750 ml bottle, 2017, poured into a tulip
A- A clear bright golden color with a large white head
S- Wheat, pears, mild tartness, hints of grapes, floral, a nice mild earthy funk.
T- Tart up front, lemons, pears, sweet wheat, floral, some earthy funk and some band-aids.
T- Smooth, light to medium body.
O- A nice high ABV saison, easy to drink and got a nice little tartness to it with a year of aging.
