A- Clear lighter red with a two finger pink head.
S- Grape skins/grape must, some peppercorn, a little funky, touch of oak.
T- Mildly tart, grape must, some grape skins, a little funky, peppercorns, some oak.
M- Smooth, light to medium body.
O- A tasty saison, grape must is a nice touch with some tannis and grape skins.
