750 ml bottle poured into an Ourison glass
A- Clear golden straw color with a two finger white head.
S- Tart, white wine grapes, oak, light fruits, hints of peaches and peach skins, mild horse blanket funk.
T- Tart, light fruits, pears and peaches, oak, slightly white wine like, peppercorns, earthy funky finish.
M- Smooth, light to medium body, soft.
O- A very nice saison, tart and funky. Hits a lot of things I like in a Barrel Aged saison.
