True Story is a 4% farmhouse table beer gently hopped with Citra and fermented with a yeast strain that was originally believed to be Brettanomyces(wild yeast).

Pours a hazy yellow with an inch of bright white head that laces the glass well as it settles into the beer. The nose and taste are really big for such a small beer. Sharp citra really makes this snap. One of the more bold table beers i've tasted. Where was this in the middle of summer? Solid.
