A seriously irresponsible amount of sweet and sour cherry purée was added to make this double cherry version of our cherry Gose Never Sufficient. This one is cherry insanity. If you think this beer doesn't have enough cherry in it, you should go to the doctor my friend.

16 oz can dated 6/26/17 poured into Behind the Veil glass.
L: 2F head, light pink, dissipates quickly leaving only a few spots of lacing and a tiny ring. Beer is a pretty clear garnet color.
S: Sweet and sour cherries, coriander, flaked wheat, sea air
T: Sweet and sour cherries, a bit of coriander, some brine. Finish is very slightly sour. Good move to not make this cloying, but it is a tad watery.
F: Light bodied, undercarbonated, which undercuts the crispness. Construction is a bit off, balance is very good.
O: A little bit of a letdown in the usually very good Never series.

The fact that this didn't taste like cough medicine was enough for me to go bonkers of it. Clean and crisp, you get a heavy dose of cherries, not the medicine after taste of a lot of brews in this category.
