This particular version has a 3 at the end of its name. The 11% ABV is the same, so likely the brew is close to the same. After the contents of a pint can were emptied into a clear glass liter mug, its yellow-amber color was revealed. The pour fit nicely into the mug, as there wasn't much of a head produced. Those characteristics make the likelihood of abundant oats in the wort likely. The aroma isn't strong, but starches, alcohol and vague hopping can be detected. To taste, there is a slight alcohol burn on the tongue, but it's not problematic, since the body is smooth and soft. The hopping relates to piney notes, with a little citrus, especially during the finish. That helps it end dryly sharp, a nice ending. For the ABV, this has an admirable mouthfeel; however, its taste is pleasant, but not remarkable. If you can enjoy this much alcohol, this will be a pleasant experience. Of course, common to high ABV brews, there was virtually no lasting head nor glass lacing.

Poured a cloudy yellow body that looked like pineapple juice mixed with milk (very dense). The aroma was very bitter and acidic like spices and pineapple and not something I'm accustomed to with this style. Light-to-medium body, slightly creamy, balances a dry, piney (dirty?), acidic bitterness with some bitter sweetness like pineapple. Beer is slow sipping although hides the ABV well and finishes easy.

Pours a viscous deep orange with a thick, white head and sticky lacing.
The smell is loaded with citrus, huge orange, and a bit of tropical.
The taste is pineapple, orange rind, a bit of pine. The alcohol is hidden scary well.
The mouthfeel is creamy and slick. Very thick.
This is an outstanding TIPA. Probably my favorite since Devil Dancer. It's crazy smooth and easy to drink.

Appearance - Pours thick murky yellow with huge dense white head. Lots of spotty lacing.
Aroma - Big orange, grapefruit, tangerine and pineapple. Fresh pine and light grassy hops. The alcohol comes out a little.
Taste - Wow super juicy ripe pineapple, mango and tangerine. Sweet yet nice bitterness adds great balance. Not much of the alcohol showing up in the taste, Mosaic is showing up strong.
Feel - Thick creamy soft feel, nice dry finish.
Overall - Might be the best TIPA I have had from these guys. Super soft and juicy.

The beer pours a good looking ready white head that dissipates quickly. The beer itself is a nice opaque orange yellow.
The smell has a nice dry hopped pine and sweet orange citrus note.
The taste has a good day hopped grassy pine note upfront. The main note is a good sweet orange citrus note that finishes with any ripe grapefruit.
The beer is heavy bodied but fairly drinkable. The feel is smooth and the carbonation is good with a nice light acidic feel to it.
Overall, a fairly good beer and definitely a nice juicy one.
