Naissance Grand Cru is a blend of the first two barrels ever filled at The Veil by our Head Brewer Matt from the very first batch of turbid mashed spontaneously fermented beer and the very first batch of beer ever produced at The Veil. Naissance Grand Cru spent 21 months in French oak red wine barrels from Napa and has been bottle conditioning for 2.5 months at this point.
We packaged Naissance Grand Cru exclusively in 1.5L magnums(less than 250 magnums filled) and extremely limited draft. *The bottles will never be for sale to the public.* They may surface at special events/festivals and maybe raffles for charity at some point. We plan on debuting the draft at our 2 year anniversary in late April.
