Spelt farmhouse inspired ale aged in French oak red wine barrels for 12 months, then conditioned on whole local raspberries from Agriberry for 3 months, then bottle conditioned for 2.5 months.

375ml bottle. Snifter glass. Darker purple reddish body, one finger light pink head, good retention, bit of lacing. Smell is massive raspberry fruit, moderate acetic tartness, light oak, touch of vanilla, touch of grape. Flavour follows, big raspberry quotient with plenty of raspberry jam along with a bigger acetic tartness than the nose would give credit for. It's got a nice complexity to it, not really lactic but more of a nice Bretty lemon tartness, a bit of leather and acetic acidity, big raspberry flavours. It's delicious. Medium bodied, good carbonation, nice jammy finish. A very delicious raspberry wild ale!

Reminds me a lot of a Tilquin fruited beer, although with more fresh fruit in the nose than something like Mure. Fantastic!
