Farmhouse inspired ale, made with 6-row, spelt, unmalted wheat, floral American hops, and French Saison yeast fermented in freshly dumped red wine French oak barrels.

Look is hazy golden color with a fizzy white head that dissipates! Smell is straight funk, wine, citrus and grass. The taste is funky, tart, and Vineous. Feel is light and bitterness in the back. Overall it’s great for the low abv, wish I had another to age!
