Shared 2019 bottle (500ml?) from the brewery.
Feel: Thick body with light carbonation. Smooth with partially hidden ABV.
Complex, enticing aroma with a flavor to match. A touch too sweet but otherwise excellent. ... darn, the bottle has been emptied.

The beer pours a nice dark brown head that only comes out with a hard pout. The beer itself is a good looking melted chocolate texture with dark chocolate brown.
The smell has a sharp bourbon and cherry wine note that is a bit sweet and tarty at the same time. There is a dark chocolate note that comes out in the finish but it's hard for it to come out from underneath the cherry note.
The taste has a dominant dark chocolate note with a bourbon finish to it. The real winner is the cherry wine note since it is consistent from the beginning to the finish. It is a nice sweet tart note that mixes wonderfully with the chocolate note. The cherry wine note is wonderful even thought it’s understated from the beginning to the finish. It mixes well with the slightly more bitter chocolate note and overpowers the bourbon. The finish is extremely delicious.
The feel is good. It feels slightly syrupy but more on the milky side.
A freaking delicious beer and indulgent. The cherry wine barrels really sell it.
