Golden and foggy, with a sudsy white head that settles around the edge of the glass. Delightful smell, containing many layers of funk. Notes of green apple, spicy citrus, and a touch of barrel underneath it all. Tastes tart and tangy, refreshing yet bitter, and I get a bit of the red wine right at the end. Excellent body and carbonation, wonderfully balanced. A very enjoyable bottle.

L: Pours a golden color with a head that quickly fades.
S: Apples, grapes and some brett funk on the nose.
T: Tart and acidic with some funk and sour notes. Hints of the wine barrel come through as it warms up.
F: Medium body and carbonation. Smooth finish.
O: A really nice sour. Almost like lambic with some other flavors going on.
