6 oz mini-snifter draft pour at Lures Bar & Grille. Pours an opaque dark yellow/orange with a moderate head. Aroma and flavor feature overripe tropical fruit, wheat, and citrus. Mouthfeel is full and creamy. Overall this beer doesn't differentiate itself from the crowd, but it is excellent and full of flavor nonetheless.

Canned on 5/25/20
Pours an opaque, dark gold body topped with over two fingers of denser white foam; good head retention leaves a half-finger of creamy cap, a frothy collar, and limited array of speckled/webby lacing thrown around the walls of the glass.
Aroma opens with dank grass and wisps of white grape meshing with sticky guava before fresh lime juice completely envelops the bouquet; dosage of cream leads into hints of mango chutney inching through the middle, while orange zest and dank herbal tones lurk beneath a potent lime smoothie overtone.
Taste features dank peach and underripe apricot upfront, touched with hints of blueberry guiding into tangerine sorbet across the mid-palate; soft cotton candy and blue Starbursts progress softly against a lime backdrop on the back end into a spiced mango peel and tropical medley-dosed finish.
Mouthfeel presents a medium body matched with a fluffy, moderate carbonation; a crisp, juicy balance alternates along the mid-palate while remaining consistent, maybe a bit lighter, into a finish highlighting a light prickle/ resin among a silky, semi-sticky texture.
The intense character of a TIPA projected onto the balanced overall structure of a DIPA, this beer is approachably resinous, (slightly) syrupy, and juicy; an eclectic, well-executed, upper-tier take on the style.
