Open Up and Love Again: Blonde is a big collaboration beer brewed back in August of 2018 during our Forever Summer Festival. It’s a tasty Mixed Fermie™ brewed with lots of raw and malted wheat, noble hops and a mixed pitch of saison yeasts and Brett. Our friends from American Solera, Cloudwater Brew Co., Monkish Brewing Co. and TRVE Brewing brewed with us and contributed their cultures to the batch. Huge notes of stone fruit, champagne, morning dew on a freshly cut lawn and pulpy grapefruit juice.
