Collaboration with Omnipollo
Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels for 18 months, then Laird’s Apple Brandy barrels for 18 months, then conditioned on whole Madagascar vanilla beans and Vietnamese cinnamon. Incredible flavors of French toast with freshly ground cinnamon on top, vanilla bean maple syrup, and a very complex depth of barrel character.
