The beer pours a fairly strong and foamy head that dissipates quickly while the beer itself is a hazy golden yellow that looks nice.
The smell is nice. It has a good mix of rustic and bready grain with a light tart and bitter citrus note in the finish. The grains get a bit more rustic as the beer warms alongside the funky tartness that complements it well without overpowering it.
The taste is good. It has the same rustic and spicey grain note from the smell with a slightly weaker funky tart. The bitter citrus note comes out more and interacts very well with the grains. The hops are fairly nice with a bitter and earthy citrus note to them.
The feel is good. It has medium light body with a lingering dryness in the finish. The carbonation is tingling. It's also a bit bubbly.
Overall, a decent beer worth trying in the fall rather than the summer.
