03/13/26. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Hazy Arnold Palmer hue with 1-2 finger frothy white head with good retention and mild lacing.
S: Strong aroma with pineapple, white grapefruit, guava, tangerine, and green melon with undercurrent of honeysuckle and herbal green notes. Esters are very low and are fruity.
T: Flavor is excellent with bursts of guava, pineapple, tangerine, white grapefruit, and green grape with The Veil’s signature strong herbal, polyphenol green notes. Esters are low and fruit gum. I think more esters might help this beer with a bit more sweetness.
M: Gritty polyphenol with medium body and medium finish.
O: Merciless Merciless from The Veil is a very good and hard-hitting hazy DIPA.

16oz can. Big stamp on can bottom is '02/13/23'.
Hazy, deep gold colored body. Two fingers of white head reduces to interrupted island remnants and ring. Leaves a 25% partial web lacing.
Aroma of orange.
Taste is energized hops, with flavors of melon, orange, and coconut.
Medium mouth feel, with supportive body. No bitterness. Very good carbonation.
Simple, organized, and effective.

Can. White head with lace. Very hazy golden orange sunset.
Juicy, tropical, dank. Mango, papaya, orange, melon, honeydew. Earthy, floral, and some dank weedy notes. A bit of resin.I don’t drink a lot of veil but glad to see some distro to MN. This is solid.
