Presentation: 750mL green bottle with a bottling date printed on the label. Served in a Rastal Harmony glass.
Appearance: The bright white, one finger head goes away quickly and leaves behind a lot of patchy lacing. It's a beautiful, radiant, pale straw color.
Smell: There's lime, grapefruit and peach along with some grassy and wood notes in the background.
Taste: There's some lemon acidity at first but it's subdued and it's not exactly tart or really sour. Other fruits show up along the way like peach and fresh grapefruit. A soft minerality wraps everything up nicely towards the end.
Mouthfeel: It's light, refreshing and very smooth with a delicate, medium carbonation effervescence providing some texture. The finish is bone dry and it's not cloying at all.
Overall: A beautiful, well made, delicate beer that's just a pleasure to drink.
