Pours an inky black with some tan head legs that quickly dissipate. It's a got a french toast/french vanilla ice cream aroma with hints of cacao, bourbon, and maple. The bourbon especially provides some contrast to breakout the full dessert pastry vibe this beer is giving off. It's silky, syrupy in texture with maple, burnt toast, cinnamon, Dunkin Donuts caramel and hazelnut coffee, and a touch of bourbon. It is indulgent and over the top. At it's stillness, it drinks more like a port or a dessert liquor of the Entropy (Mystic) or a Utopia variety than a beer. The syrupiness of this...I can't help but ask myself - would Farva or Rabbit chug this?
