Slightly cloudy gold, finger of white head that sticks around, thin, slippery lace
Lots of pepper and clove phenols, some fruitiness- banana, fresh apricot, a touch herbal, a little earthy and doughy malt aroma
Earthy, peppery, doughy malt flavors up from, slight tartness, then the fruit comes in. Dry
Light bodied, but fluffy. Could definitely use more carbonation
