I had this beer on-tap in a Craft Master One glass at the brewery.
Appearance: golden yellow hue with a moderate haze and a large head of creamy ivory foam.
Smell: softly malty with a bit of grassiness and just a hint of funk. A well balanced and solid grisette aroma.
Taste: lightly sweet with the perfect dose of earthy funk. Hops add that grassy character and are well balanced. Really nice.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a big carbonation and a large, fluffy creaminess. Really like it.
Overall: I could easily make this beer a go-to for me. Refreshing, light but flavorful, right up my alley.
