An imperial saison with rhubarb that is stunning in a few ways. This is a collaboration with Siren. Successful in my book.
Snake Legs doesn't Look like the competition (typically a full head.) But Smells are yeasty; working their malts into fruit. Tastes are as full with just enough hops for balance. I will have difficulty expressing how incredibly complex this saison is. And there is almost no hint of the alcohol that is coming. Sits in my mouth fine, bubbly enough to cleanse my palate. I wish I could share it with some food. This is special to find a saison this good anywhere and am particularly glad English micros can get the Saison yeast right... something that is difficult to match.
My beer review seems paltry after I went on their website and read Left Handed Giant's role in The Rainbow Project which is a more thoughtful explanation of my utterances above. For a three year old brewery, I am awed by LHGB's mastery and mission and I encourage you to read what they say. https://lefthandedgiant.com/pages/rainbow-project

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
