On tap at the brewery, served in a Willi Becher glass
The beer pours a cloudy, straw color with about a finger and a half worth of frothy white head that recedes quickly leaving behind spotty lacing.
The aroma is mild, but fairly typical of the style; lightly fruity, earthy, grassy, hints of lemon and hay
The flavor is somewhat light and delicate for the style. Like the aroma I get some fruitiness, a mild earthiness, lemony citrus, and very little Belgian yeast character. Light bodied and medium/high carbonation, the beer finishes a bit dry.
Overall, this is not a terrible beer, but is a little light and uninspired
