I'm trying this at the brewery. It poured a clear golden with no head and no lace. The scent was floral in nature. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with a potpourri of herbs and spice with slight sweet balance. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its definitely a saison.....
