I tried this at the brewery. It poured a clear copper with thin white head that left some lace. The scent had bitter citrus flare. The taste was bitter leaning with citrus presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was an ok beer.

Poured from 16oz can into pint tumbler. Hazy gold with miniimal head (a cpl months old). Nose is somewhat fruity, perhaps a bit on the peach side. Similar with initial taste and mouthfeel. Grassy taste comes in after about a second. Overall, this is very hop forward, yet supported by a strong malt base. Very drinkable for the IPA lovers.
Nice beer, F-Town.

L: It pours light hazy gold under a 1" ivory foam collar with fair retention.
S: medium to medium low grassy citrusy hop aromas shine through with some light bread crumb support.
F: The flavors start with fruit, peach, and berry with a grassy bitterness on the swallow. Lightly sweetened medium malt flavors a dash of caramel and a shot of spice provide balance.
F: Body and carbonation are medium.
O: The beer has a lot of character and is very drinkable.

Originally wasn't very good, but I gave it another chance when I heard they changed their recipe in August. Now more of a hop-forward, West coast style than its malty predecessor, and much better for it. Well balanced despite its hoppiness; not yet elite, but a worthy entrant into Minnesota's crowded beer scene.

F-Town India Pale Ale pours a clear golden 0range color. The head is a half inch in height, and recedes quickly into minimal lacing. The aroma is citrus and buttered popcorn. The taste is similar with some bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with ample carbonation. Overall, this isn't the most diacytl laden beer I've ever drank, but it is still barely drinkable.
