L: gold with a slight haze with rapidly rising bubbles under a 1.5" white foam cap with good retention
S: spicy, floral hops, come white cracker, grain and bread crumb
T: a touch sour and chalky with some apple and some fairly strong citrus notes from the hops
F: creamy with a medium light body and medium to medium high carbonation
O; The level of tartness in this beer is not right for a California Common

Pours a very clear, light, brass colour. Smells like sweet pale malts, and a hint of earthy, bitter hop. Tastes like pale malts, light, refreshing, clean, crisp, and a slight graininess at the end. No lingering aftertastes.

Faribo Lager pours a clear light gold color. The head is an billowy inch of off white foam that recedes slowly leaving nice lacing. The aroma is of corn. The are no hops of malt going on...there is just mildly sweet corn. It is pleasant though. The taste is similarly corny, but not off putting. The mouthfeel is light bodied with lively carbonation, and does a good job of not being water as is common for the style. Overall, I see why a brewery in Faribault would have to have a beer like this in their line up. It is just not a beer I will be buying.
