A good start by a young brewer experimenting in a bedeviling style.
While the foam is not classic, I give it high marks for volume and persistence. Smells seem mostly malty and not that much spice compared to what typically wafts out in this style. Tastes are a better and, frankly, not bad for a young brewer who has not yet earned access to the key to really good saisons: the tradition of caring for and nurturing yeasts. Personally, I would appreciate fewer bitter hops (but that, unfortunately for me, is becoming the style.) Mouthfeel is good; scrubbing the tongue for lunch food and adds flavor to a mere sandwich. I finished the 4-pack an appreciated it the more I had.
I give Metazoa some pretty good OA hugs for a better lunch and what I describe below.
I went on Metazoa website and found a 100% unique angle in the brewing industry: bunny yoga. I presume the owners practice yoga and that their community give-back is to give some of their profits to animal welfare. So, they have bunny-prompted yoga classes every month: an inventive adaptive use of taproom space, I'm sure. So unique, I might even try to get to Indy to practice my downward dog ! (That's a yoga joke, if anyone is reading.)

Appearance: Clean golden, with a nice white head of foam and attractive lace.
Aroma: Fruity and hoppy at the same time. Pretty nice.
Taste: Hint of sour and peppery saison yeast and malts, but with hops blended in. Well-balanced and modern stylistic blend. Should please fans of both classic saisons and new American IPAs. Good brew from a favorite “local” craft brewer.
