Lillian Moore was the long-time partner of Caleb Brinton, and legend has it that she acted as the Madame for the girls who spent their nights here at the Lodge. In her honor, we bring you Lillian, a light farmhouse saioson conditioned on a bit of Kiwi Berries from nearby Weaver's Orchards. Dry, lightly sweet, and just a tiny bit of funk make Lillian truly unique in character, just like she used to be!
