Thanks Ed for the growler hookup. 1-liter poured into a tulip appears a clear pale yellow color with a white cap.
It smells grassy with hops, a hint of lemon and then clove spicy yeastiness.
The taste is clove centric spicy yeastiness with grassy bitterness and a touch of lemon grass.
This is light in body with modest carbonation. Overall a pretty decent brew.
