This was an exciting beer for us to make. It was a delicate, two day process, of breaking & baking bread, brewing, friendships, and community to create this neo, yet tradition inspired beer. Notes of bread crust, hay, light grapefruit, and fresh pasture. Brewed in collaboration with Deer Creek Malthouse and Ona Weatherall of Kimberton Waldorf School.
