Pours a beautiful golden with light amounts of hazy. It has pillowy white head. Lemony funk with a touch of pineapple on the nose. Smells similar to a Hill Farmstead beer on the nose. There's some minerality and pear that make up the base. The bitter note is the most prominent, however. It has a piney, minty, menthol note and finishes dry. A well made saison of interest and intrigue.
