Smell: Floral and yeasty, with grassy and piney tones
Taste: Interesting front end, with a floral character combined with cumin and banana tones; moderately bitter, through the mid-palate, in both grassy and piney directions; the finish balances all of the flavor elements
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A nice, creative combination of flavors
