Jalapeno Lime Lager

This Jalapeno Lime Lager has a balanced and crisp refreshing taste with a little kick. The sterling hops were added for bittering qualities. Two and a half pounds of jalapenos were roasted in the oven for forty minutes and then the roasted jalapenos were added to the beer until the kick /heat was there. Then one pound of dried lime peels were added to give the beer a jalapeno-lime flavor and aroma.
