Notorious P.I.L.S. pours a clean golden color, with a large, long-lasting, frothy head. The aroma is dry, resinous, and vegetable. The flavor starts with the dank resin notes, but finishes very sweet. Good feel. Overall, a sweet pils.

Can from the Harvest Pack - pours gold color with a head that softly goes down, much like this beer.
Smell right off the top reminds me of an IPA, which does not being back fond memories. The taste is definitely juicy, but missing that hoppy IPA aggressiveness, which is much appreciated. Good.

Appearance: Clear gold, big head.
Smell: Fruit punch, hint of grass.
taste: Mild sweetness, then mild fruits-apple, pears. Light breadiness, mostly fruits. Medium bodied, finishes with lingering fruit flavor.
Overall: Picked up a 12 pack as it has been hot and I wanted an easy drinker. This was easy drinking but I was hoping for a little more like a pilsner than a fruity lager. I just prefer the grassy hop profile in my lagers versus the new school/southern hemisphere hop flavors. Still, it is a pretty good beer.

12oz can. Best by signage on the can bottom is '092525'.
Clear, pale gold colored body. Very vibrant gold color. One thick finger of white head, and it takes a while to get this to a skim cap and ring. Laves behind a web pattern of lacing.
Aroma of toasted barley malt and some floral/fruity hops.
Taste is very malty sweet and a little sour. There is a certain Noble hops bitterness to it. Flavors of bread with lots of honey, apple, pear, and lemon. Lingering aftertaste is resonant with a little bite.
Medium mouthfeel. Smooth and easy to swallow. Very good carbonation.
Good on its own and good for food pairing when a liquid counterpoint is called for.

A rim of lace that sticks. A very pungent lemon hop funk scent. This does remind me of an IPA, just with a much more tasty and less heavy grain profile.

12 oz can best before 9/25/25 into a small Pils glass.
L: SRM 4.5 pours clear caramel Amber color with light steady carbo, a 1/2" slightly soapy frothy white head that recedes to loose frothy, medium broken & scattered loose lacing.
S: Orchard fruits, a hint of citrus, distant caramelization.
T: Bittersweet. Light bread dough/pastry dough, wild apple, pear, slightly more sweet 3/4 of the way through, a spicy hop note. Tastes are bright. Not much aftertaste. Hops and malts mingle with fruit zest within a lightly lingering finish.
F: Lightly crisp medium-light bodied mouthfeel with a medium length slightly dry finish.
O: This is a crushable beer all together. Bright tasting, lightly crisp with a hop bite and gently bready malts. It is mysteriously good and is excellent in its style.
