$2.59 for a 1pint can. 5.0% ABV, 17 IBUs. Hopped with hallertauer hersbrucker. No ingredients or other specs per the website or can.
Pours out to a slightly hazy medium amber forming a modest light yellow head with average retention and good lacing. Carbonation is a bit mild, ~2.25 carbs or so. The nose is really very mild. A little toast, very faint but spicy hops, very little yeast character, perhaps very faint sulfur. The mouthfeel is crisp, clean, medium-light bodied. The taste is fantastic. There is a very nice pleasant earthiness, some very well balanced toasted bread and a refreshing but mild and well balanced bitterness which makes you want to drink more. Spot on Vienna malt character. If you're a brewer, you know what I mean. No off flavors. Wet mouthfeel which accentuates some residual sugars, doesn't finish bone dry.
I'm really digging this. Compared to my other favorite vienna lager, Eliot Ness, this is lighter bodied and less intense with the roast, and I would say is an easier drinker as well. I'm not a huge fan of amber lagers, but this is so much better than an octoberfest. The mouthfeel is great, and it's an easy drinker that is still full of flavor and crushable. The water is critically important to this beers character and I love it. Kudos to the brewers for pulling off a great brew with no flaws in a style that is hard to really nail. I would definitely buy this again. Highly recommended.

Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) canned into a Captain Lawrence muffin top pint glass; canned by 09/20/2020.
A: Pours a crystal clear, copper color with very exuberant head formation, leaving a one to two,, light tan head with rim retention and minimal lacing.
S: Aromas of cherrywood, pomegranate, molasses, white pepper and toast.
T: Semidry. Palate largely follows nose. Very solid bitterness for the style.
M: Light bodied with moderate effervescence. Light and substantial.
O: Stands up well and, frankly, a bit more flavorful many other Vienna Lager. Scores seem a tad low for something this enjoyable.

Brown in color with an inch of densely packed, creamy brown foam on top. The aroma is of toasted malt and marzipan. I’m tasting caramel and marzipan. The mouth is approachable and easygoing.

Pours a clear, dark chestnut brown body with orange highlights and topped with multiple fingers of dense, semi-creamy, off-white foam; very good head retention fades steadily to a paper-thin veil of cap, slight, frothy collar, and myriad tight, soapy, webby lacing around the glass.
Aroma opens with waves of toasted toffee, sarsaparilla soda, and a rich caramel base; a woody minerality sparks a clean middle accented with lager yeast and brown bread edges, while a tinge of grassy hops rounds out the back end.
Taste offers earth textures of roasted caramel and brown bread upfront, quickly phasing into soft clove dwarfed by rounded lager yeast, an increased malty char, and vague minerality; brown sugar and toast mark the finish/exhale.
Mouthfeel features a light body alongside a sparse, spritzy moderate-mild carbonation; a rounded, malty grit proceeds over the mid-palate and offering some overall heft, though the palate does thin prematurely to a semi-wet, still easygoing finish.
A sturdy malt base fights off some inconsistencies for a uniquely roasty, lightly hopped take on the style; ultimately, an imperfect Vienna lager carried by its waves of intriguing flavor and an inherent approachability.

Aroma is toasted malts and caramel. The flavor is fruit, caramel, a hint of dark fruit, slick in texture and a mix of mild sweetness and slightly dry in the finish.

this beer pours a deep, opaque, amber red - not much by way of a head or lacing - nice, malty aroma, with hops (Hallertau?) lurking in the background - sweet malt notes lay a solid foundation for the subdued hops notes to play their role - mouthfeel is very smooth although if I'm nitpicking I would call it the slightest bit on the thin side - I feel this beer is a very good representation of the Vienna style - look forward to drinking it again

Canned on 10/11/19. 16oz can poured into a tulip. Pours copper with nice clarity; fluffy off-white/light khaki head that fades leaving solid retention and lacing. The aromas have lots of toast and grains. Lots of toasted malts. Some fresh bread. Hints of toffee and caramel. The flavors follow the nose. More toast and grains leading the way. More caramel and toffee. Some earthy characteristics. Mild and subtle spiciness. Low bitterness. Nice malt backbone. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is very nice. It's on the lighter side of medium-bodied with active carbonation. It's sharp, crisp, fluffy, smooth and easy to drink.
This is a pretty nice Vienna Lager. It's very clean, crisp and refreshing. The craftsmanship is impressive. It's a classic and traditional example of the style. It's drinking great now so I can just imagine if I tried it "fresh". Well done.
