On tap at Beavertown Extravaganza. Aroma is quite funky with hay, barnyard notes and saison style yeast esters. Taste is slightly tart, yeasty with some citrus and stonefruit notes.

375 mL bottle. Hazy yellow. Smells of grapefruit and lime mostly. I faintly get some of the juniper. Just a bit acidic. Taste is really limey. Strong grapefruit too. Tart, not sour. Grainy and a little bit winey in the back end, Has a tiny bit of spice, too. Light body with medium high carbonation. Crisp. The adjuncts are strong, but it's just balanced enough to be really good.

Poured from a bottle into the modified tulip glass.
A - Nice clarity, active carbonation tops out in a fine white cap. Beautiful deep yellow color.
S - Citrus, lime, sour bite on the nose.
T - Wonderful tartness, vibrant citric flavor, a bit of the deciduous rounds out the flavor.
M - dances across the palate, light and active carbonation, moves the tartness through quickly.
O - A refreshing and complicated offering, the flavors move independently through the experience.
The base bill is solid and the additions make for a great total package.
Delightful

I was more impressed with this than other reviewers. Perhaps time in bottle allowed it to meld a bit. Big gin like aromatics - citrus, lime, floral, pine resin, spice, a bit of a woody note (eucalyptus). Great carbonation and spritzy mouthfeel. For gin lovers.
