Poured a cloudy gold body with one-finger head and minimal lace patches. Skunky and funky aroma throws me for a loop as I pick up bits of yeast but there is an odd almost veg-like smell with the funk. Bubblegum yeast sweetness and fluffiness are two components of this light-bodied beer; has notes of spice and the slight funkiness (one could say there's a hint of sour fruit like sour apple) balances with hints of tropical fruits. Not a complex or, in my opinion, well-rounded beer, but it does have some funk (and touch of sour) and fruit flavors along with sweetness and is an enjoyable beer.

Pours like a relatively typical saison - slightly hazy gold in color. Fizzy head form and recedes quickly with zero lacing.

Nose, flavor, and feel are all fantastic here. Nose is big on banana and clove but definitely some bigger hop notes of other fruits. Sweet, slightly pungent, rich and with ripe fruit and a touch dank.

Flavor follows but is even better - banana and clove notes, typical follow. But the extra citrus/tropical notes are there - grapefruit, orange, and maybe pineapple are subtle but relatively distinct. Nice bittering aspect of the hops offsets the sweeter notes. Incredibly balance. Full, well rounded, refreshing, interesting and crushable.

Feel is spot on - high level of tight carbonation, but not overwhelmingly so. Silkier mouthfeel than expected, lighter in body but not a hint of a "watery" bit. Overall, excellent.
