473cl can, 5m old.
Dark clearish orange mixed with purple and pink. Head recedes to a thin white layer and some ghost of lace.
Raspberry hits you on the nose with a haymaker. Astonishing, never smelled it this strong. Lemon zest dances on the edges. Of blueberry ... was about to say there is no trace but as the beer opens up, there is something of a darker hue in the aroma.
Taste is dry and bitterish, which is something of a surprise. Wondering if I like it. It is like raspberry with the sweetness removed. Pithy. Body is quite light. As the beer warms, some actual saisonish tree fruit notes.
I am on the fence here. The contrast of very fruity nose and bitterish, thin taste is jarring. To me. I can appreciate other opinions but just does not please me personally. Interesting but not interested in repeating.

Couldn't think of a better beer to review on Election Day than one that honors Women's Suffrage. A beautiful purplish hue with an off-purple head. Berry notes throughout with a bit of tartness on the back end. Out of a can; would have loved to sample fresh.
