32oz crowler. Served in a stemmed glass.
Pours an orange-yellow hazy and cloudy body with a one finger white head, good retention, fair bit of lacing. Smells of floral and grassy hops, bit of citrus and mild caramel malt. Smells a bit piney, some resin as well. Flavour is similarly dank with a fair bit of citrus and floral hops behind it, more balanced of a malt backbone than say, Juice Jr, but the hops are there for you to enjoy. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, good carbonation, smooth and not very bitter at all. Mostly the aromatic hop presence. Overall, a good DIPA, but I definitely preferred Whole Melon and Juice Jr to this one.

Bottle share at Rick’s. Growler from brewery. Hazy golden, light, tart citrus notes in aroma and taste. Some farmhouse, barnyard notes too. Light and tasty.

The light color belies the intensity of this beer. The dankness is cumulative and powerful. Its actually quite full bodied without being overly sweet or sticky. An interesting and, yes, intense beer. A bit like some weed that hits surprisingly hard.
