Definite peachy aroma and opening but turns a bit orange/grapefruit (not pink) bitter as it develops. Alcohol/metallic finish that seems mildly unpleasant compared to first taste. It was like decent foreplay followed by weak sex.

16 oz. can. Very murky orange with a small white head. Smells of stone fruit, but not a real juicy fruit aroma. Hops are grapefruit and resiny. Tastes of orange up front, then peach, but again not a sweet juicy peach flavor. Strong hoppy bite cuts the sweetness. The fruit flavor that lingers is almost acidic. Low bitterness. Medium body and kinda creamy, medium low carbonation. Good, but not as good as I expected considering the fruit and parties involved.

On tap at belmont station the other day.

The beer pours a hazy yellow orange juice color, with light lacing and not a lot of retention. Guess that's to be expected from this sort of beer. The nose definitely lives up to the name, as there's a huge aroma of peach. Maybe there's a hint of orange citrus and vanilla as well, but mostly what I get is peach and plenty of it. Unfortunately, this twas to be as good as things would get. The flavor profile replicates the nose for the most part, but there's a pretty noticeable flavor drop off in the finish. There's considerable sweet peach and orange juice up front, with a hint of bitterness in the finish, before the flavor profile drops off. Mouthfeel is medium bodied at most in this one dimensional, one trick pony IPA. Alcohol is all but unnoticeable.

Certainly not awful, but "mehhh" sums up this beer's attributes very nicely. Pretty sure this isn't a beer I need to revisit any time soon.

This is an experiment that GN did with Block 15 Brewery. The beer is very cloudy - solid in fact. The light orange color looks like peach juice. The head is orange cream, and leaves little lacing. The aroma is quite nice, and if this were a traditional, fruit forward IPA without the actual fruit added, I would love such an aroma. Hints of malt and fresh green herbs as well. I find the flavor a bit too tart for my liking. It's got some citrus hops bite, and some grassy notes, but the tartness of the fruit makes it seem not quite "ripe". Thick and heavy mouthfeel with tart aftertaste. If you like sours, this might be your IPA.

Can from ABV. Canned 03 August, consumed 08 August.

A hazy, murky peach orange with a dense, off-white head that falls off to a ring leaving plenty of lace, this looks solid. The nose is rather astoundingly fruity, so fruity in fact, that it masks the slight grassiness on the nose. Mango, peach, freshly squeezed orange juice, pulpy, juicy and fruity with a touch of juicy acids as well. The nose manages to incorporate the mildly grassy hop note into the fruit palate, making this seem more like a pulpy fruit juice than a grassy/vegetal fruit juice. The palate opens juice, fruity, very hoppy and mildly bitter. Mango, peach juice, freshly squeezed OJ, a little bit of sugar, a faint alcohol note that adds a mildly spicy bite to counter the sweetness. Mild bitterness on the finish, with a little bit of a carbonic bite. In some ways, this is a peachy mimosa. Quite excellent - I'm typically not a fan of these hazy IPAs, but this is a very nicely done one. Highly recommended.

Bottle share on 7/30/16. Crowler thank to Rick. Hazy, milky golden body with a small wispy head. Peaches in abundance, big fruity notes, a touch of candy sweetness, followed by a touch of hop bitterness on the finish Nice summer IPA, tasty, refreshing.
