Peach Zest is our take on a German style Berliner Weisse with local peaches. The tartness in this refreshing wheat beer comes from a two stage fermentation with Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces.

Peachy flesh, fuzzy, bright acidity
A bit grainy. Lactic, dry sweet tart acidity. Apricot.
I highly recommend blending this with their raspberry sour as creaminess hits the sharp tart qualities so well.
