Pours a pale gold, hazy and opaque. 2 finger eggshell head, kinda frothy. Good retention and moderate lacing. Looks like pineapple juice.
Fruity aroma. Pineapple in particular. A bit grapefruit, apricot, and orange.
More pineapple on the tongue. Mildly resin and some grassy notes. Grapefruit, orange, and peach.
Smooth mouth feel, fairly light for a DIPA. Moderate carbonation. Lingering pineapple and a mild finishing bitterness.
Really superb beer in the NEIPA style. Fruity, smooth, and juicy.
