Beer hits all three descriptive terms on the palate and on the nose. Tart fresh strawberry up front, then cream and a nice smooth finish with the hops. Very low bitterness but just enough to balance the tart strawberry. A hint of sweetness/zest gives it some backbone.

Crushed a crowler and wanted more. Highly drinkable.

On tap at GN the other day.

The beer pours a hazy, opaque pinkish amber color with fairly decent head retention and light lacing. The nose is probably the most attractive aspect of this beer, as I pick up some noticeable strawberry, which blends in surprisingly well with the dry citrus, light tropical fruit and light dank weed. The flavor profile replicates the nose pretty closely, though I was impressed by the amount of bitterness I picked up on the finish. The strawberry isn't quite as noticeable on the palate, though it's still there, and blends in well with the dry citrus and light tropical fruit. The finish is fairly dry and bitter, and mouthfeel is a bit lean. That actually works well in this beer, and seemed to enhance the beer's drinkability. Alcohol is very well integrated into the flavor profile, and drinkability is terrific.

A nice enough beer, though as always, the price was a bit off putting (essentially, $7.50 a pint for this beer).
