Taster at Great Notion. Hazy golden pour, small white foamy head. Mild citrus yaroma. More citrus notes in the taste, grapefruit peel tropical notes. Mild bitter finish.

I'm a bit impartial to hazy IPAs, possibly because I had a stint with Bavarian Wheat Beers and I prefer the consistency of them. Fortunate Son is the product of Great Notion Brewing in collaboration with Modern Times Brewing. These folks have created a masterpiece. This beer has a near milky consistency coupled with a smooth yet complex delivery. I will look forward to other product offerings from Great Notion!
