Raspberry Dream is a heavenly quaffable pillow of an IPA bursting with loads of Oregon Raspberries, locally grown Amarillo and a touch of Galaxy hops. The addition of milk sugar gives this beer a smooth creamy mouth feel; it's the perfect IPA to end your summer.

Cherry read appearance with small white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is a mild slightly sour raspberry. Taste is a dry mild sour raspberry without any hint of hops

Pastel pink grapefruit juice with a paper thin ring of carbonation.
Smell is sticky, medicinal raspberry-cherry with an odd, herbal mix of some kind of spicebush, juniper and lavender.
Taste is more spicy and savory than the nose suggests, like garlicky hops and toasty malt. The raspberry is present and no longer medicinal, and there's almost a cannabic flavor. With time, I taste a bit of pickle.
Thin froth, medium-thin body, dry finish.
With so many odd outcomes, I really think outside of Tired Hands's milkshakes, fruited IPAs are ill-advised. Please just allow the hops to do their fruity thing!

On tap at the brewpub the other day.
The beer pours a dark rose color, with pretty good head retention and lacing. Given what I pick up on the nose, you have to wonder just how much raspberry they used in making this beer, as there is a very prominent aroma of raspberry with this beer. There's some underlying tropical fruit, dank earth and light pine as well (to remind one that your are drinking an IPA), but the raspberry really dominates. The flavor profile replicates the nose pretty closely, with some light bitterness on the finish. The alcohol is very well integrated into the flavor profile in this medium bodied IPA, and drinkability is pretty terrific.
Since first coming here, I've found that the fruit adjunct IPA's made by GN can often be hit or miss. This is one of the better versions I've had, so would definitely call this one a hit. Another winner from the folks at GN.
